Recently renovated with sleeping alcove, new kitchen with 3 burner cooktop and microwave/convection oven, new bathroom with rain shower and vanity. Mini-split air conditioning.
You can enjoy your morning coffee on the large shared waterfront deck too! Our second floor studio faces Commercial Street and your backyard is the bayfront. Summer rentals (July-Labor Day) are Saturday to Saturday.
