Newly fully renovated, one bedroom cottage (with recent upgrades 2024) located conveniently near grocery store, restaurants, gym, beach and all that Provincetown has to offer and within walking distance from the ferry.
Unit accommodates 2 people.
The first floor includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, queen sized roll out sofa, and a bistro-style dining table. A 43” flat screen television and sound bar with Apple TV (Netflix/Hulu/HBO Max availability) and in unit brand new washer/dryer (2022) also included on the first level. Wireless connectivity throughout the condo and Echo/Echo dot available on each floor for streaming music with pandora.
The second level includes the bedroom with queen sized bed, a large 50" second TV with cable and recently designed bathroom. Included in the bathroom is a skylight in the shower, which can fit two comfortably. Imagine showering under the stars...
Private outdoor space with sofa seating and grill located on deck. One parking space is available with parking pass included with this unit, but is on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is not guaranteed, but has not been an issue most of the time.
Rental is for Saturday to Saturday in season (June through September)
Minimum 2 nights and weekends available off season (October- May).
