Easy access to Marginal Way walk, fine dining, golf course, downtown Ogunquit, Cliff House, and other coastal towns including Kennebunkport, York, and Wells.

Recently renovated, the house has 3 bedrooms, one crib, plus one common area with a futon and 2.5 baths (master suite has private Jacuzzi bath). It is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, two decks, a gas grill, three televisions, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a washer and dryer.
The house has a sizable yard, ample parking, and direct ocean access with great views. There is a path in the back yard that leads to a private sitting area on a rocky cliff with stunning ocean views, and a private pebble beach is a five minute walk down the driveway.
