You enter on the ground floor to a foyer and 2 car garage. Up a flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining, living room, 1 full bathroom and the Queen bedroom with patios on the front and back.
Up a second flight of stairs is the Primary Ensuite with a king bed and the final bedroom with 2 full beds and a 3rd bathroom.
The front patio has views of the mountains and guests can enjoy the amphitheater concerts from the balcony.
we love pets, but please find other accommodations for them as this house is not pet friendly.
For our families traveling with little ones, we have a travel crib available.
A wonderful benefit of staying here is frequent wildlife sightings such as deer around the home and nearby areas :)

We love pets, but our house is not pet friendly; only service animals allowed. Evidence of pets will incur an addition $1000 cleaning fee.
We try to accommodate late check out requests anytime it is requested 2+ days in advance of check out, however sometimes we need the full time to prepare for the next guests. Unapproved stays past check out will incur extra charges at the rate of $50 per 15 minutes.
