This stylish two-bedroom cottage is part of Anchorage by the Bay in Beach Point. Enjoy incredible views of the water on Cape Cod Bay and amazing sunsets. This freestanding cottage sits at the edge of the Anchorage property.
Enter a open and bright main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The nicely-equipped kitchen has a solid surface range, microwave, dishwasher and drip coffeemaker. The living room has a comfortable chair and leather sectional. The dining table does double duty--meals and games or puzzles. A slider from the living room leads to the front exclusive-use deck. Vaulted ceiling and second story windows let in plenty of natural light.
Just off the living room are the cottage's two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double futon and a flat screen TV with cable. Use the futon as a sofa, or convert it to a bed for additional sleep space. There is a full bathroom with a shower.
All of the cottage's living space is on the first floor (attic storage loft is not for tenant use).
There is one ductless split unit air conditioner in the main living area. Washer/dryer in the primary bedroom closet.
Relax and unwind on the exclusive-use front deck with lounge furniture, dining table and gas grill. Soak up the sun and enjoy the beach breezes from this tranquil spot with fantastic Cape Cod Bay views. Enclosed outdoor shower at side of cottage.
The beach is a short walk away--follow the boardwalk to the bay, just 400 ft. Swimming, kayaking, sunbathing and beachcombing right outside your door. Paddle board at cottage available for tenant use.
The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. Leave you car in the parking lot and head into Provincetown for a day and/or evening of fun at the town's many restaurants, galleries, shops, night clubs and museums. All the best of Truro is only a short drive away including golf, restaurants, tours of Highland Lighthouse and wine tasting at Truro Vineyards. Short drive to National Seashore beaches, biking and hiking trails and sites.
