Summary: This hotel remains the class of Boston hotels. The staff noticed my kids brought some card games, so dropped a board game and fresh deck of cards in our room. They noticed we looked low on toothpaste and were one toothrbush short (whoops), so dropped off a dental kit and some toothpaste. Their lobster roll can go toe to toe with any in the city. The pool, and view of the Public Gardens from it, are iconic.
