Summary: We love staying here and have never had complaints, however this time when we checked-in at 345 we were told the only room type left that we had requested was on the 1st floor facing the freeway right by the 3 way intersection. The traffic noise was bad until 11 & then woke us again off & on starting at 5. We even have a loud white noise machine. They should rethink room charges for that block of rooms. Dealing with that noise, we should not pay the same full price ($300+ a night that weekend) as the quiet hillside view. I did tell the front desk upon check-out and she said that is one of their frequent complaints. I was told they couldn’t give a discount because I booked through hotels.com. Our room was #105.
