The Space:
Our space is truly unique! The Penthouse of our building light streams in from the skylight of its sloping roof. Two bedrooms, one a queen bed on the first floor and the second a full bed perched on the second floor. Plenty of room to lounge in front of the fireplace on our deep L shaped sofa, or in the game nook. A dedicated work space for those working remotely. A dining space, and fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. Lux bathroom with glass shower enclosure. A perfect place to retire to after exploring Portland.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the very center of the Old Port. Exchange Street is the main thoroughfare, with boutiques, bars and restaurants you will not have to go far to experience the best of Portland.
Located one block from Commercial Street and our working waterfront, you will have endless opportunities to explore.
Getting Around:
We offer one off street garage parking spots in a lot behind our building. It’s wonderfully convenient to have parking included as it is difficult to park in our neighborhood otherwise. Park your car and walk everywhere!

It is important to note that Portland is a city, and Exchange St is in the center of all the excitement. There is the potential for high spirited sounds coming from street level. We offer white noise machines and disposable ear plugs for those who are light sleepers and retire early. Then there is the novelty of seagulls, who also make Portland their home, just one block from the water you may hear them chattering above!
