Spacious, sunny, beautiful one level well designed home in The Mews Village of New Seabury (Masphee), voted the #2 Place to live on the coast in 2019 by Coastal Living Magazine. Entire home beautifully renovated inside and out in 2018. Open concept floor plan with 3 beds, 2 baths home with central air conditioning and heat, wifi, and cable. Great fenced in backyard with inground saltwater pool, fire pit, bean bag toss game and oversized outdoor shower! Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2) and own full bath (bath 1) Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds with trundle unit and a chair bed (sleeps 4) Bedroom 3 - Queen bed (sleep 2) Bath 2 - Full bath with shower/tub NOTE: Pool is opened from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Please inquire for stay outside of this time frame. There is an additional charge to heat the pool. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Also a starter kit with bath tissues, paper towel, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, cream & sugar to lighten your luggage load! Nearby attractions in the area are are within a 5 minute drive from property. South Cape Beach less than 2 miles Popponesset Marketplace, Popponesset Inn, and the Lure Bar - about 2 miles Mashpee Commons - less than 5 miles CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note, there is not cancellation after booking.
