This like-new rental property, built in 2013 in a lovely Cape Cod gated community that has received several building & design awards, offers ocean views from nearly every room in the house.
The property features a first floor master bedroom with private bathroom and direct ocean view. The upstairs has another full bath, a bedroom with two double beds, and a bedroom with queen bed along with its own balcony over looking the ocean.
The first floor features an open floor plan with a living/dining room and kitchen, along with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and SONOS sound system.The house features two front decks for separate outdoor dining and lounging. The kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect in a high-end home.
The luxe property contains many great features; a large 600 foot long private beach on Nantucket Sound which boast the warmest waters on the Cape, a large heated swimming pool, gym, and club house, and gated entrance.
There are plenty of local attractions including restaurants and ice cream parlors within walking distance and numerous other activities such as kayaking (beautiful Swan River tributary less than a mile away), paddle-boarding, windsurfing, biking (Cape Cod Rail Trail 7 min away), whale watch tours, Cape Cod League Baseball, fishing charters, bike paths, go-karts, mini-golf --all of which are only a short drive away.
