Welcome to your private oasis in Rockport, just steps away from Front Beach. This charming home was recently fully renovated. The brand new kitchen features stunning granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a small island with 2 barstools. The bathrooms also have all new fixtures, with a tub/shower in the second floor full-bath. The large living/dining room features a 55" flat-screen TV, comfortable couch, an easy chair, a dining table with four chairs and air conditioning. There is also a small dedicated office space off of the living room with a desk & chair perfect for remote work. On the second floor, there are beautiful original wide-pine wood floors. There is a king bed in the Master Bedroom, along with a TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Off the bedrooms, there is a large walk-in closet/laundry room with new front-loading washer & dryer. The second bedroom has a twin daybed, with a second twin trundle bed underneath which can be pulled out as needed (note the second bedroom does not have a separate air conditioning unit - we do provide a fan, and the mini-split a/c unit in the master bedroom will cool the entire second floor if the doors are left open). The backyard has a beautiful shady patio with a table and four chairs, and a gas grill. There is off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars. The home is on a quaint side-street, right across the street from Millbrook Meadow, which has a playground for the little ones. It is also right around the corner from Front Beach, and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Bearskin Neck.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home there is 1 operational security camera located on the outside of the house facing the driveway. The camera records both visually and audibly.
