The home is comfortable and well cared for, featuring classic Cape Cod charm with original wooden cabinetry, a practical eat-in kitchen, and a bright living room with cozy seating and Apple TV for streaming. Guests also enjoy access to the shared patio and yard, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Beach towels, chairs, family games, and standard bath linens are provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Built by hand by our father and grandfather, this family home has welcomed generations of summer memories. We hope you experience the same Cape Cod magic during your stay. Conveniently located near Orleans shops, dining, grocery stores, kayak and bike rentals, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (10–15 minute drive). Easy access to Wellfleet, Hyannis, Skaket Beach, Crystal Lake, and more. Please note: The upper level is part of a property that also includes a separate lower-level apartment with its own private entrance. Both units can be rented together for larger or multi-generational groups.
