Located within 1 mile of both the nearest beach and beautiful harbour and literally on the corner of the best street for some of the best local restaurants. Ilfracombe with its beaches and lovely harbour and port which dates back to at least the 12th Century with quality ice cream, fish & chip and various craft shops and art galleries to enjoy plus Damien Hirst’s Verity statue which is a must see. The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Hillsborough & Rapperee Cove, The Torrs, Watermouth Bay & the South West Coast Path. Then there’s the lovely Fuchsia Valley and for the family, Watermouth Castle & Theme Park. Why not take a trip to Lundy Island or enjoy coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris and diving which are all available locally? Or take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs.
