The Space:
Master bedroom - King bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Room - 1 Queen bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 4 - Loft via a ladder with a floor queen mattress and a 5 foot clearance.
Both bathrooms can only be accessed via two of the bedrooms.
Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok. ($500 fine)
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• No pets. $200 fine for unregistered pets.
• A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Stuff happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($100/hour fine)
Check-Out Instructions
1. Please strip or leave all used beds unmade. If stripping the bed, please leave sheets on mattress or in the laundry basket provided.
2. Please make sure all dishes are are washed. Leaving the dishwasher running is perfectly acceptable. Please get any food off the dishes before running.
3. Please make sure all trash is gathered and thrown away. There is a trash chute located at the end of the hallway behind a door labeled trash. All trash must be thrown down the chute in trash bags and those bags must be tied shut. Note: Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can. Leave any large boxes too big for the chute in the unit.
4. Please dispose of any leftover food you may have in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any food, beer, or water that is unopened.
5. It is helpful, but certainly not required, if a load of used towels is thrown in the washer before checking out. Please use bleach, laundry detergent and run on hot.
6. As previously stated in the check-in instructions, please return the parking card to the condo after exiting the parking garage.
7. If you check out early, could you kindly send us a message and let us know, so we can send our cleaners over to get started. We will send a message tomorrow as well. Just ignore if you will be there till check out time. No hurry!
